I love playing this beautiful musical instrument and bringing my music to your community. Classical, Latin American, Jazz, Japanese music and world folk music inspire my soul and my performance. Speaking with the audience and breaking down barriers to create a warm, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all is a hallmark of my concerts. School Assemblies
I present an educational musical performance of the highest quality at schools, libraries and other venues for family audiences. Please see the “Marimba!” portion of my website for detailed information.
Residencies
The residency opportunity lets us create an artistic program specifically for your situation. Examples of this include:
- Coaching high school percussion sections of the band
- A week long residency at an elementary school where I work intensively with one or two classes resulting in a school performance
- Rehearsing and performing with your schools Orff Instrument ensembles
